Hello from MSIZI

What’s In A Name?

Not all names were created equal. It’s the names you choose that create your life experiences – and, we get that.

That’s why we (cousins, Mario Ogle and Eden Myrrh) chose the name MSIZI, meaning “helper” in Zulu. True to our name, we have an insatiable desire to be of service to others; helping brands and influencers to capture their essence holistically, making them more relatable to their audience…

“…the Human Experiences Facilitator”

It’s Folklore

According to South African folklore, the /Xam Bushmen would ask the Sun, early in the morning before they set out to hunt, to steady the hunter’s arm when aiming at game.

The /Xam said that the Sun was originally a man whose head shone brightly. But he was a lazy fellow and would sleep late, keeping his light to himself. So one day, out of desperation, the First Bushmen chopped off his head and threw it up into the sky so that his light could be shared with everyone.

And, just like that, the sun now rises and has risen, for everyone. Giving all a fair chance and steadying the arm of the hunter.
